William Lee Terry Was born on August 2nd, 1944 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Annie C. Evans and Wilbert Lee Terry, Sr. He departed this life suddenly on September 18, 2006 in the Jersey City Medical Center. Lee received his early education from the public schools of Baltimore, Maryland. He was united in Holy Matrimony to Rachel E. Hucks-Terry. Lee was a former member of Mt.
