William Henry Wise Sr. son of the late Onetia Collick-Wise and Mace Gunby of Stockton, MD was born October 22, 1941. He peacefully went home to rest with his Lord and Savior at the Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE on April 10, 2010. "His Soul is now at Rest". He received his education through the Worchester Public School System in Stockton, MD. William later joined the United States Army and received an Honorable Discharge. A retired Truck Driver of Brandywine Construction Company for 33 years. William is survived by his loving wife, Mary H. Wise of 48 years. His children whom they praise for being a wonderful and loving father, the late William H. Wise, Jr., Felicia, Bernard (Chesiree), Yolanda, Anthony (Angela) Wise and Eric (Tammy) Burton; 20 grandchildren; 1 wonderful grandson-in-law, Sgt. Kenford Duncan; 11 great-grandchildren of whom he loved and cherished; siblings, Gloria Wise, Marlene Wright, Willard Wise and the late, Odessa Purnell, John, Larry and Vernon Wise; and a special cousin, Rosetta Manual.
