Vivian passed on May 12, 2016.
Vivian was employed by the State of Delaware's Supreme Court.
Vivian served as a dedicated member of New Community Church under the pastorate of Dr. Edward Cross.
Vivian was loved by all and her sweet spirit will be missed.
