Vetra Luease White

Vetra L. White, daughter of Joel L. Harrison and Jessica L. Brooks was born July 29, 1941 in Ruston, Louisiana. She was called home on October 25, 2009 while at the Wilmington Hospital in Wilmington, DE at the age of 68. She was predeceased in death by her father, Joel L. Harrison; mother, Jessica L. Brooks and step=son, Larry Ridgell. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Walter B. White; 3 daughters, Aliethia Blake, Beverly Blake and Cattina Ridgell; 3 sons, Sam Ridgell, Calvin Ridgell and Walter Ridgell Jr.; 3 brothers, Pete Brooks, Raymond Brooks and Joel Harrison Jr; 3 sisters, Ethel Brown, Carolyn Alleyn and Linda Robinson; 1 uncle, Clarence Burns; 1 aunt, Jean Burns; 4 sister-in-laws; 3 brother-in-laws; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, 3 spiritual sisters and friends.
