Ulysses G. Wilson

Ulysses G. Wilson, age 90, peacefully departed this life on Monday, September 9, 2024, at Christiana Hospital. He was born in Chester County PA, on August 13, 1934, to the late Paul, and Mary Lou Wilson.

 He attended the Avon Grove School District in Avondale, PA. Ulysses worked for Penndale Trucking Company until he retired as his own independent business owner. Ulysses was a veteran and a founding member of the First Thunder Guard Motorcycle Chapter. He loved to ride his motorcycle with his wife Carolyn holding tight to his back.

 He enjoyed reading, sitting on his porch, going to the New Castle Farmers Market, traveling to Atlantic City with his wife, and hanging out with his nieces at River’s Casino. Golden Coral was his favorite eating place with family, his other favorite place was hanging out with his niece Carmen Martinez eating ice cream at the New Castle Dairy Palace.

 Ulysses Wilson was preceded in death by his parents Paul, and Mary Lou Wilson, his loving Wife Carolyn Gordon, and his siblings, Leonard, Pauline, Inez, and Laura, nephews, Paul and Thomas.

He leaves to cherish his memory, nieces, Carmen, Stephanie, Bonnie, Felicia, Anty, Isabella, Shirley, Cynthia, Margarete, Jeanette, Ida, Tenesia, nephews, Michael, Kenny, Glenn, Tony, Leonard Jr, and a host of great nieces, nephews and grandkids
