He leaves to cherish his memories, his beloved wife, Ruth Ann Smith for over 50 years;son, Derwin Smith, daughter, Felicia Smith, son, Thomas Smith, III and daughter, Theresa Smith;two daughters-in-law; 14 grandchidren and a host of other family and friends.
