GONE BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN:
Terrance was born on July 6th, 1962, in Wilmington DE to Charlotte Smith and Herbert Starks.
He received his early education in Sharon Hill, PA. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the United States Army.
After discharge, he returned to his birthplace of Wilmington, DE, where he resided until his death.
Terrance is proceeded in death by his mother, Charlotte J. Smith, and Father, Herbert Starks.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his brother Brian Patterson (Regina), sisters Michelle Ford, Adriane Sears, Denisha Young; brothers Glenn Starks, Sha-Khan Starks and Herbert Starks Jr.; Nephew, Brian Patterson, Jr.; Nieces, Kendra Patterson (Carey) and Brittany Sanders (Mark). A very special Aunt and Caretaker, Dorothy Baynard and Aunt Louise Brooks. A very close cousin, Victor Hackett, and a host of Nieces, Nephews Cousins, and friends. Previous Events
