Bor to Braven O. Duffie and the late Odelia Duffie, in Lewes, Delaware on March 16, 1959, went home peacefully to be with the Lord surrounded by her loving husband of 23 years, Gary M. Day, and family on March 13, 2013 at the Delaware Hospice Center. Teresa leaves to cherish her memories her dear husband, Gary; one son, Andre' Duffie and daughter-in-law, Trisha; 1 daughter, Jessica Ortiz and son-in-law, Johnny Ortiz; father, Braven O. Duffy, Jr., Sherman Duffie, Winfred Duffie and Daryl Duffie; 3 sisters, Malinda Barrett, Faye Smith, Sonja Ayers; 5 sisters-in-law, Vera Bundick, NAncy Fitzkee, Melody Duffie, Rena Duffie, Tynice Duffie; 2 brothers-in-law, Ronnie Barrett and Steve Fitzkee; 3 grand-daughters, Leila and Natalie Duffie, and Celeste Ortiz; 1 grandson, Caleb Ortiz; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends and Bethel AME church family.
