Shakur T. Black, 25, was born January 12, 1997 to Yvette Johnson, and Thomas Dunn. He passed on July 8, 2022.
"Keep Countin" as he was affectionately known, received his education in the Wilmington public school systems. He was previously employed as a Forklift Operator.
Shakur was a loving, proud father of his one son, Haji.
He is preceded in death by brother Thomas "Duck" Dunn Jr, his aunt, more like brother and sister, Chardae Fuller, his Paternal grandparents, Thomas Cephas and Jennie Lee Dunn, Maternal grandfather, William Fuller, maternal great grand parents, Willene and Roger little, stepmother Tia Adams-Dunn, step siblings, Adrionna and Andrew Burgos.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his son, Haji Black, parents, Yvette Johnson, and Thomas Dunn, grandmother, Diane Fuller, siblings, Jazmeena Black, Traelah and Tramir Trance, Dion Gibbs, Maurice Adams (Deborah), Tomek Harvey, Tanneshya Brown (William), his closest friends, Evan "Bear", Dhron "Block" Johnny, Brandon "B2theR" and "Black", a special friend Destinee McCain, and a host of other family and friends.
