Ryan Lamar Carter, son of Kathleen Robinson Carter and the late Aaron F. Carter was born on July 19, 1986 in Newark, DE. He departed this life on Friday, June 26, 2020.
Ryan was raised in Salem, NJ. He attended the Salem School district and graduated from Salem High School in 2004. Ryan was a self-made mechanic. He could pretty much fix anything, he was good with his hands. He was one of the first people that we knew to put a motor on a pedal bike. He worked on everything from motorbikes to automobiles.
Ryan had a smile that could light up a room. He was known to his friends as "Horse" and was a real outdoorsman..He enjoyed riding his Banshee, fishing,hunting, camping, and vacationing with his wife Jaime and kids.
Ryan was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Walter L. Carter I, maternal grandparents Earnest and Deloris(Brown)Robinson, Stepfather Jerrold Dickerson, Brother Aaron Wilkenson.
Ryan is survived by his loving wife Jaime, mother Kathleen, grandmother Ruth Carter, mother-in-law Dawn Raine. Children: Damir, Raina, Khloe, and Kayden Carter, James and Idalia Acree, and Aryanah Wilson. Sisters Shanell Robinson and Danyelle(Jay)Marts. Brothers Walter Carter II and Kevin Gray, Sister-in-law Dana Raine. Nieces and Nephews: ZaKeya, Shae, Erin, Lun, Tika, Starrchild, Walter III, Shanya, Nehemiah, Princeton, Peyton, Charlee, Keidyn, Ulundi III, Mekhi, Ary'Elle, and Mariah. A host of Aunts and many other relatives and friends.
