Roxanne J. Barger

Roxanne J. Barger of Elkton, Md passed away on July 17, 2021.

Roxanne was born on September 13, 1957 to Clara Williams and the late Andrew Jordan, Sr.

Roxanne was married to Leroy Barger with whom she shared 45 years.

Roxanne graduated from Howard High School and the University of Delaware where she earned a master's degree. She was employed by the Social Security Administration.

Aside from spending time with her grandson, Roxanne loved tending to her flower garden and working in her greenhouse.

Roxanne is predeceased by her sister Daisy Jordan and brother Andrew Jordan, Jr.

Roxanne leaves to cherish her memory, along with her husband and mother, her son Darius, grandson Desmond, sister Pauline Jordan, brother Michael Jordan, Steve Harrington whom she referred to as her honorary son, a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Previous Events
