Rosa Mae Milien

Rosa Mae Milien was born on April 23, 1944 in Fort Pierce, Florida to the late Robert and Cassie Ceaser. She attended Lincoln Park Academy 1962. She went on the get her CNA license. She worked for many years as a CNA and in a fruit shipping company until her health began to fail. During her illness, she went to stay with her oldest daughter Derdre' until the end. Rosa loved to help other people like assisting them with their taxes, filing for divorce, and taking them to their appointments. She made her own Cab Company for the purpose of helping others. Rosa Mae is survived by her sister Mary Lee Chestang (Donnie) and her brother Macky James (Almarie); four sons Bobby Ceaser, Rodney Ellis (Shelia), Kelvin Williams, and Eddie Bush (Tasha); two daughters Derdre Tolston (Charles) and Katrina Ellis. She has seven grandchildren, four boys Dondre' Ellis Sr., Marlin Jarmon Jr., Taye' Coston; three granddaughter Lanetta Ellis, DerNe'sia Coston, and Kayla Ceaser; two nephews Eric and Derrick Moody and one niece Alice Swatts; thirteen great grandchildren; a very special cousin May Peterson; and special friends Hazel Filoxsian, Mary Lee Williams, and Donna Haynes.
