Robert Melvin Henry White

Robert was born on December 2, 1961 in Philadelphia, PA to William Eugene White, Sr and the late Margaret Lena Hall-White. He departed this life on October 2, 2013 at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. He attended public schools in Philadelphia, PA then joined the United States Army in Fort Benning, GA on July 3, 1989. He was in the Colonel of Infantry Commanding 1st Class Air Born. PV1 Robert successfully completed 100 Mile and 50 Mile Run for your life in June 1980. He became a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church where he found and accepted the Lord on July 1, 2012. He is survived by his father, William Eugene White and stepmother, Virginia White. He also leaves to mourn his one and only dauhgter, Chantel; 2 granddaughters; his companion, Tawanna; 2 nieces, Selma and Nisha; 3 nephews, Julius, William Ross and Meoshous; brothers, Bruce (Nichole) White, William (Chanail) White, Jr., Winfield White, Ben White, Andre Jefferson and Lawrence Jefferson; and his one and only sister, Dorothy (Bernard) White; and brother-in-law Jame and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
