Rhonda Evelyn Sullivan Wilson, 65, was born on September 28, 1956, in Chester, Pennsylvania. She was granted her Angel wings on January 14, 2022, in Wilmington, DE.

Rhonda received her early childhood education at Stubbs Elementary and graduated from P.S. DuPont High School. She received her Bachelor's degree from Bluefield State College in West Virginia and her Master's degree from Delaware State University. Consistent with her business woman's inclinations, Rhonda held accounting, corporate document preparation, and organizational structures responsibilities with the Layton Home, Delaware's Corporation Company, and the City of Wilmington. She also created a non-profit organization, Mainstream Projects, Inc.

Rhonda enjoyed a broad range of interests. She was an African-American history buff who worked with Delaware's African American Heritage Institute on various projects and even participated in an archeological project at Thomas Jefferson's Monticello. Rhonda was skilled in drawing, home renovation and construction. She had a love for travelling, skating, and music. She also absolutely enjoyed talking with, listening to, and encouraging her grandchildren to explore all of their goals.

Rhonda was preceded in death by her father James Sullivan and mother Dorothy Fisher Sullivan.

Rhonda is survived by her children Tanisha DaCosta Gerald (Shawn), Chalila Wilson and LeTonya Wilson Nalley (Samai); grandchildren Kayla Carney, Antoan Carroll, Jr., Camron Carroll, London Gerald, Nafis Nalley, Laith Nalley and Zayd Nalley; sisters Paulette Sullivan Moore, Deborah Gregory, Tawana Davis, Paula Sullivan and Elizabeth Sullivan; brothers Alfred Sullivan, James Sullivan, Luther Sullivan and Michael Sullivan; one aunt, Brenda Fisher Hemmingway; and a host of other family members and friends.

A memorial gathering of family and friends will be held at a later date.
