Randy was born March 21, 1973 in Mt. Vernon NewYork to Charles and Lillie Smith, he passed away
on January 17,2022 in Wilmington Delaware.
Randy received his early childhood education from Lore Elementary and Stanton Middle and
continued his High School education at Wilmington High School.
Randy was a faithful member of the Islamic Society. Randy had many hobbies and interests
however, he enjoyed modeled cars and socializing with friends and family. Randy's early work
career was with Ryder Logistics and later continued his career self-employed as a general
contractor and laborer.
Randy was preceded in death by his father Charles Smith.
Randy is survived by Kimberly Smith (spouse), Randy Scott, Ramere Smith (children), Sean
Garrett (Step Son), Lillie Smith (Mother), Joyce Boyles (Mother in-law), Ronald Smith, Robin
Smith, Roxanne Smith (Siblings), Amoura Huertas-Smith, Emilia Huertas Smith, Ayla Garrett
(Grandchildren) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends. Previous Events
