Pauline V. Madric, 77, a resident of Kentmere Nursing Home in Wilmington, DE, passed away peacefully in the MICU of Christiana Hospital with her children and friends surrounding her bed. Mrs. Madric worked many years as a housekeeper for a number of families until her health prevented her from working. She was a member of Union Baptist Church in Wilmington, DE where she served on the Usher Board, Missionary Ministry and the Mother Board. She enjoyed entertaining at her home and shopping. Mrs. Madric is survived by her three children: Arthur Madric, Zakiya Minkah and Paul Al-Amin; one daughter-in-law, Matilda Madric; twelve grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. A special thanks is given to the caretakers at the Kentmere Nursing Home and the MICU staff and nurses at the Christiana Hospital.
