Age 76, departed this life January 2, 2014. Husband of the late Jessie Price Napier. He leaves to cherish his memory, daughter, Stephanie and son, Owen, Jr.; 6 stepchildren; grandsons, Michael & Anthony Sheppard and a host of nieces, nephews.
