Minnie Belle was born on June 9, 1940 in Martin County, N.C. to the late Robert James Rodgers and the late Pearlie Bowen. She passed on 12/17/20 at her residence in Wilmington, DE Minnie graduated from High School in North Carolina. After graduating from school she moved to New York. She met her husband Charles Belle in New York. They married and had two children Chandra and Mijamin. She was employed with NYNEX for 30 years In New York Minnie Belle was a faithful member of Tabernacle of Prayer For All People in Jamaica, NY where Apostle Johnnie Washington was the pastor. Her favorite past time was reading her bible, praying and watching the Trinity Broadcast Network. Minnie was preceded in death by her husband Charles Belle and her son Mijamin Belle Minnie is survived by her daughter Chandra Belle, grandson Jaheim Barkley, two brothers: Reverend Mack Rodgers and Deacon Louis Rodgers, five sisters; Toye Cutler, Lois White, Vicki Rodgers, Gerline Banks and Rosa Williams and a host of relatives and friends.
