Michael W. Capel

Michael Capel was born on January 29, 1964 in Wilmington, DE, to Walter Capel and Betty Jean Capel. He went home to God on 9/9/2019 at Wilmington Hospital in Wilmington, DE. Michael Capel received his early childhood education from North East Elementary School, also known as Eastside Charter today and Bancroft, making his way to Delaware Skills Center. Here he received his certification as a Welder. After school, he worked his way up making a blessed career working for multiple welding companies to name a few: R. C. Fab, Eagle Construction, Owen Steel. Michael had many things that he enjoyed in life. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, drawing, watching movies, listening to music, especially that oldie but goodie. He loved to eat, he enjoyed joking and laughing, and he loved welding. Mike was preceded in death by his mother Betty Jean Capel and his father Walter Capel. Mike is survived by his children: Michael Terrell (Kara Terrell), Dwayne Johnson (Mallory Johnson), Clarissa Harrington (Kedric Harrington), Michael Capel Jr. (Latasha Capel); Sisters, Ellaweise Thomas (Lonnie Thomas), Rosalynn Dillard, Annette Capel; Brothers, Jerome Capel and Walter Capel; 9 grandchildren, and his life-partner, Ann Graham and a host of other relatives and friends.
