Martina was born in Chester, PA to Alfonso Le'Bue and Barbara Billops Le'Bue. Martina passed on June 5, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. Martina excelled in the financial industry as an entreprenuer. Tina will be deeply missed by her children, parents, siblings, other relatives and friends.
