Marlon E. Johnson, Jr. of Newark, De, age 20 passed away suddenly on Sunday, Dec. 3, 2006. Born January 25, 1986. Marlon was the loving son of Lynn M. Gibson and Marlon Johnson, Sr. He attended Colwyck Elementary, Gunning Bedford Middle and Newark High School. He was employed by the News Journal. Marlon was a lover of basketball and football and was a carefree and loving young man. Marlon leaves to cherish his memory; his mother, Lynn Gibson; father, Marlon Johnson, Sr; his daughter Kaniya Johnson who was the most important person in his life whom he loved very much; his best friend and twin brother, Marvin T. Johnson; his baby sister Charday R. Johnson; maternal grandparents, Edward and Margaret Gibson; paternal grandparent, Tillie Cheers; a sweet niece Tatiana Johnson; his uncles and a host of cousins, other family and friends.
