Lydia Marie Gatling

Lydia M. Gatling Age 57, of Newark, De "fell asleep" peacefully at the Heartland Hospice Home on September 25, 2011. Lydia was born in Morton, Pa to the late Norvel and Estelle Lewis. She worked for PECO Energy for over 12 years. She later started a home healthcare service, Always Gentle Care, in memory of her favored companion Arthur G. Connolly. She was one of Jehovah's Witnesses for over 34 years and attended the Kingdom Hall in Newark, De. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Irvin Gatling; stepchildren Karyn (Melvin) Paul and Jordan (Marie) Gatling; sister Viola (Ralph) Carlton; nieces Crystal (Raheim) King and Anita Lewis; nephews Lamont (Quanda) Lewis and Ralph Carlton, Jr; and a host of many loyal family and friends.
