Letitia E. Alexander

Letitia E. Alexander was born January 31, 1946, in Wilmington, Delaware to Annie Mae Alexander, and Robert Lindsay Alexander. She transitioned on June 21, 2022, at Christiana Hospital, Newark Delaware.

"Tish" as she was affectionately called, earned her High School Diploma from Wilmington Public
High School in 1963, and went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of
Delaware in 1994. Tish worked for Diamond State Telephone Company (Verizon) for over
thirty years, and retired at the young age of forty years old in 1986. Tish enjoyed spending time
with family and friends during cookouts and family reunions. During her retired years, Tish was
an avid traveler to many countries, loved reading books, watching movies at the theater, enjoyed
watching Jeopardy while giving correct answers, watching her Korean dramas and mystery movies. Tish also loved shopping at QVC and shared her love of shopping with family and friends by sending unexpected packages to homes and giving gifts.

She was preceded in death by her siblings: Loretta McCain, Sondra Martin, Anita (Bertie)
Alexander-Watson, Vera Bembry, Anthony Alexander, Adrienne (Turkee) Alexander.

Letitia "Tish" Alexander is survived by her sister Annie Hall and brother David Alexander;
devoted Great Niece and Caregiver Kiarah Christmas. She leaves behind a host of nieces,
nephews, cousins, and relatives who loved her so much.
