Lendoris Urquhart

Lendoris "Ms. Lendy" Urquhart of Wilmington, DE, are 58 years, went home to be with the Lord on January 18, 2007, surrounded by her loving family. Ms. Lendy was born on December 2, 1948 in Wilmington, DE to the late Mary Emma Chambers Urquhart and Whalon Urquhart. She attended Del Tech Community College where she received her G.E.D. She was last employed at Great Value for over ten years, displaying hard work and dedication, She was an outgoing independent woman, who spent most of her time helping others and donating to charity. She enjoyed dancing, listening to music, going to plays, playing backgammon and tunk, and being around loved ones, What she loved even more was to be Mom Mom to her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Sylvester Urquhart, and Donald Chambers. She leaves to cherish her memory her 3 sisters, Alethia U. Reed Leverett, Annette Guy, both of Wilmington, Ada Mae Brooks, of Virginia, 5 brothers, James, Richard, Rudolph, John Lee and Andre Urquhart, all of Wilmington; her 3 daughters, April, Mario(Bonnie), Chantay Urquhart, all of Wilmington; her 9 grandchildren, Robert, Lakeisha, Bonnie, Dashawn, Marcozzi, Jasmine, Tyesha, Tomonique, and Everett Urquhart all of Wilmington; 2 devoted friends, Oakley Berry and Tondelao Bigelow, and 4 great grandchildren.
