Latoia Williams

LaToia Elizabeth (Glover) Williams was called home to be with the Lord on June 19, 2021. LaToia was born on September 2, 1979, to Juanita Elizabeth Glover and Byron Edgar Preston.

LaToia leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Trevor M. Williams; children, Beautiful T. Williams, Trenton E. Williams and Marquis' Z. Williams; Siblings, Jamar Watts, LaCresha Drayden (Philip), Jermayn A. Glover, Exia T. Smallwood (Troy), NaTisha D. Preston and Latoya Miller; Mother and Father-In-Law, Alonso and Patricia Williams; Brothers and Sisters In-Law; Goddaughter, Reign Josephine Leona Wright; Special sons, Judah Gentry and Naim Allison; Maternal grandmother, Helen E. (Miller) Glover; Paternal grandmother, Mary L. (Orr) Preston and a host of Aunts, Uncle's, Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Cousins, and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her Maternal grandfather, Ralph L. Glover, Sr. and Paternal grandfather, Ralph G. Preston, Sr.

LaToia attended York City Schools and graduated from William Penn Sr. High School, Class of 1997. She attended Millersville University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education. LaToia also attended Empire Beauty School of York and graduated as a Licensed Beautician.

LaToia taught first grade at Logos Academy; Pre-K Counts at Crispus Attucks; Devers Elementary After-School Program; (Currently) Davis Elementary School as a Reading Interventionist and Tennis for Kids Summer Program. She also home-schooled her three children.

LaToia also was a Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay since 2009.

LaToia served the Lord fully and graciously throughout her life and was a current member of Redemption International Ministries (Formerly known as First Assembly of God) where she alongside her husband led The Cord: Marriage Fellowship had a teaching role in the children's, founded the Dance Ministry, volunteered with the Food Ministry, and various works within the church.

LaToia was a true light unto the world around her and will be greatly missed by her family and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Previous Events
