Kyle Dexter Watson departed this life on Sunday, January 22, 2017. He was born on September 7th, 1988 to Joanne M. Gaitwood and Johnnie Watson in Philadelphia, PA. Kyle received his early education in the elementary and middle schools of Clayton County, Georgia. At the age of 15, he moved to Wilmington Delaware where he attended Glasgow High School until 2006. Kyle enjoyed life to the fullest and loved his family dearly. He was a devoted son, grandson, brother, father and friend and was adored by many. He would often check on the neighbors and was affectionately referred to as son by his many ‘moms' within his eastside community. He loved the elderly and though he seemingly had a hard presence, Kyle really had a heart of gold and tried to help those in need when he could. Since high school, Kyle worked in construction and other odd jobs. Through construction he developed an interest in welding and was seeking to enroll in classes to pursue the field. Kyle's hobbies included hanging out, and listening to rap music. He loved being with his choice of loved ones and friends, laughing and having fun. He also enjoyed trendy clothes, sneakers, and cars. Anytime you saw him out… he was dressed, undoubtedly with the latest trends, to perfection. Kyle had an enchanting smile, and got along with everyone he met. He will be truly missed.
