Khalil M Williams

December 19, 1972 — June 26, 2022

Khalil Mizpah Williams "K and Huka Buck" as he was affectionately called. He was the son of the late Richard A. Williams, Sr., and his mother, Ethel A.Shockley-Williams. He was born
December 19, 1972 in Wilmington, DE and departed his life on Sunday, June 26,
2022. Khalil was the youngest of three siblings. He was preceded in death by his eldest
brother Antonio L. Shockley.

Khalil started his early education at Warner Elementary School and later graduated from
John Dickinson High School, both located in Wilmington, DE. In his later years he
attended a semester at Delaware Technical Community College, majoring in American
sign language. He also graduated from the American Beauty Academy in 2014, which
was located in Wilmington DE. As a student at the American Beauty Academy, Khalil
earned a certificate of achievement for commitment and most improved student.
Khalil's employment included working part time with his step father, Roger Williams,
(who preceded him in death), at Pyramid Inc. as a freelance HVAC/plumbing
apprenticeship and he also worked for Food Lion and Shoprite supermarkets as a deli
clerk. His last employment was with Redners Supermarket in Dover, DE.
Khalil loved his big headphones and music. One of his favorite songs was " I'm ridin
around and I"m gettin it". He was a people person and kind hearted and he would give
you the shirt off his back if needed. He loved to travel, in December of 2019, on his
birthday, before the pandemic he traveled with his family on a cruise to the beautiful
island of the Bahamas. Within his life's journey, he did accept the Lord Jesus Christ as
his personal savior and talked about the Lord and his new found faith.

Khalil is preceded in death by his father, Richard A. Williams, Sr., his eldest brother Antonio L. Shockley, paternal grandmother, Evangelist Catherine Trapp-Collins, paternal Grandfather Reverend Alfonso Shockley, and Grandfather, Willie Tratt,

Khalil leaves to cherish his 7 children, Ayanna Gray, Nadeiya Ayers-Williams, Khalil A.
Williams, Kyala Williams, Aviaona Blevins, Khavon Williams and step daughter Kira
Crumpler, 4 grandchildren, his ex wife and best friend Dana Williams to whom he was
married to for 15 years, mother Ethel A. Shockley-Williams, brother, Richard Williams also known as Weelie. His maternal grandmother, Sara Shockley, 6 aunts, Cynthia Matthews (James), Patricia Shockley, Kathleen Cephas and from Columbus OH, Celeste Mitchell, Cynthia Marie Trapp and Linda Sherfield, 3 uncles, David Shockley (Debbie), Sylvester Shockley and Ansel Shockley. A very close friend, Hasani Miller also known as Zane, and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and other family members and friends. Previous Events
