Jordan Stanford Spencer, 27 years old passed away Saturday, June 13, 2020 in Lake City, SC.
Jordan was born on September 30, 1992 in Wilmington, DE to the late Tracy Spencer and Jordan S. Drummond. Jordan is the biological grandson of Charles and Mary Thomas. Cleyo and the late Eddie Bateman raised and cared for Jordan Spencer at the age of 18 months until adulthood in Andrews, SC. Jordan, to Cleyo, was "The Baby Boy" of her 6 children. Jordan attended schools in Andrews and later received his GED from the State of SC. Jordan worked as a Welder in Andrews, S.C. and as a Heavy Equipment operator for Harbor Freight in Lake City, S.C.
Even though Jordan's last name is Spencer, Jordan played an intricate part of The Bateman Family. Frank and the late Eddie Bateman were often seen showing Jordan how to fix cars, drive, play sports, carpentry, or just enjoying life. Gloria and Frank Bateman also cared for Jordan growing up; he was not just an extended family member, but he too was a son to Frank and Gloria. Jordan was a member of The Bible Fellowship Church in Georgetown, SC. He was a drummer and could often be found enjoying music and learning to perfect his craft. Jordan loved to read, play basketball, watch movies, play video games, and laugh uncontrollably. Jordan enjoyed spending time with his cousins Noleesa (Lulu) Timmons and the late, Kreed Bateman.
Jordan was the father of 6 handsome boys and leaves behind Jerinah Spencer, Nickali Spencer, Malachi Spencer, Josyah Spencer, Jayden Spencer, Brayden Spencer all from South Carolina; and a little princess Jordyn who passed at birth. Jordan loved his family and loved spending time with his children.
