Joan M Pratcher

On November 15, 2024, our hearts mourned the passing of a beloved soul, Joan M. Pratcher.

Born on February 1, 1950, in Ridgely, MD, she graced this world with 74 years of love, faith,

service and joy. Joan was a resident of New Castle, DE and was employed by Christiana Care for

46 years. She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter Ernestine 'Tina' Waterman and

leaves to cherish her memory through her children, Rosalind Pratcher and Samuel D. Pratcher

III (Steffany).
