James S. Miller "Jim" "Tooie" On July 24 in Wilmington, Hospital James (Tooie) left us in body not in spirit to go home with our Lord. He was 72. Tooie was educated in our public school system and at an early age set out to work to help his family. He then met Gloria Blackston and married. From this union came one son, Warren Miller (Buzzy). Tooie was an ardent lover of Jazz. His favorite was Frank Sinatra and little Jimmy Scott. You could always find him on his park bench every Sunday listening to them without wanting to be disturbed. Every where Jim went he was well liked by everyone from his favorite people at Wilmington Trust to his old friends at Leo & Jimmy's Deli. He will be greatly missed. Proceeded him in death were his parents John & Dorothy Miller; 2 brothers, John & Walter and just recently in May his sister Sarah Miller.
