James Howard Hale

James Howard Hale Jr. was born on April 2, 1955. He departed this life on December 30, 2006. He was born to the late James Sr. and Jackie Hale in Welch, West Virginia. James received his formal education Warner and Howard High School. He also attended Cheyenne University, and played basketball. He worked in Wilmington Trust mailroom for eight years and for the City of Wilmington for five years. He had a love for playing basketball for Howard High School and softball for the Royal Gems. He enjoyed helping people and keeping the neighborhood clean. James was preceded in death by his father James Sr. He leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Corey Moon and Corey Hale, his mother Jacqueline Hale, seven sisters, Phyllis Hale, Martha Hale, Teresa Reddon, Rose Lane, Darlene Hale, Shinita Hale, Pam Hale, six brothers, Michael, Ricky, Ronnie, Devon, Tim, Tyrone, a host of cousins, family, and friends.
