He graduated from Glasgow High School. After school, he enrolled with Delaware Technical College, Potomac Job Corps Center, and the Challenge Program.
He had many hobbies and interests in basketball, football, drawing, music, fashion, and his passion for dogs, remembering "Brody".
Quanny is survived by his dad, Jamil Johns; mom, Priscilla Brockenbrough; brothers, Jamil Johns Jr, Anthony Gibbs III and Jermonte Brown; sister, Iriana Anderson; step-dad, Anthony Gibbs II; grand-mothers, Deborah Brockenbrough & Nancy Johns; grand-fathers, Robert W. Johns Sr., & Milton Brockington Sr.; aunts, LeLanie Spain, Yvonne Brockenbrough, Arnetia Brockenbrough, Jaquese Hill, Kelly Johns, Wendy Johns, and Teasha Brockington; uncles, Robert Johns, Jr., Milton Brockington, Jr. (Tasha Brockington), Edward Cooper, Arthur Cooper, Andre Marion, Geramine Gibbs, and Torrence Gibbs along with a host of family and friends.
