He is survived by his wife, Sonya; children, Grover Cleveland III, Anissa Cleveland and Sam Cleveland all of Elkton, MD, son, Walter Rothwell of Chester; 5 siblings, Angela O'Neal of Houston, TX, Jeremiah Cleveland (Nicole) of Norfolk, VA and Alicia Tillery (Damon) of Chester, PA.
