Frances Mae Tilden

Frances Hopkins Tilden was born on November 9, 1948 in Wilmington, DE. She passed away peacefully on November 25, 2012 at the age of 64. Frances was the middle of three daughters born to the late William H. Hopkins and Myrtle Camper Hopkins. A lifelong Wilmington resident, Frances was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend. Her favorite thing to do was to go shopping. Prior to becoming ill, Frances enjoyed her many shopping excursions. She will always be remembered for the endearing way that she gave family members nicknames. She is survived by her daughter Jacqueline Simpson and husband Michael, Sr., son William Hopkins, Sr., sisters Joanne Hopkins Young and Doris Hopkins Wright, and her three grandchildren Jalisa Simpson, Michael Simpson, Jr. and William Hopkins, Jr., as well as other family members and friends.
