Faye Russ was born on October 10, 1959 in Wilmington, Delaware to the late Mary and Elzy Russ. She departed this life on June 29, 2020 in Wilmington, Delaware.
Faye received her early childhood education from Wilmington Public School System. She was employed at Elwyn Institute for a number of years. Faye was a faithful member of New Destiny Fellowship Church for 30 years. She had many interests. She loved to cook, sing, and spend time with her nieces and nephews. She loved to celebrate the holidays with family and go to the casino.
Faye was preceded in death by her parents Mary and Elzy Russ.
Faye is survived by 6 sisters and 1 brother: Anthony Randall, Linda Diane Torres (Teddy), Kathy Randall, Kaye Swinney (William), Tracey Russ, Renee Tate (Earl), and Tamika Dorsey.
Faye is also survived by 1 aunt, Mabel Russ, and 1 uncle, JD Stallsworth, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, 1 great-great niece, cousins, and friends.
