Fatima received her early education from the Christiana School District and graduated with her diploma from Glasgow High School. She was an honor roll student and did well in school. She worked at Verizon as a Security Officer, and in the fast-food industry as an Assistant Manager for Taco Bell in Newark, Delaware.
Fatima accepted Jesus at an early age. She was a member at Solid Rock Baptist Church, New Castle, Delaware {Bishop Daniel F. Thomas}; Faith City Family Church, Newark, DE {Pastor Steve Hare} and then Fight for Families Fellowship, Wilmington, Delaware {Pastor’s James and Carolyn Hinmon}. She and her sisters were a part of the youth and outreach ministry, and the choir. They were instrumental in their parents coming back to church. They were faithful and looked forward to going to church services. Fatima affirmed her faith in Jesus when joined Fight For Families Fellowship Cotillion teaching young girls to become young ladies and excel in life through Jesus and traditional tools such as correct communicating skills and much more.
Fatima has two children, Ty-Key and Danyelle, in which she deemed them, “Her Heart”. She loved her children and put them before herself. She was very independent and worked hard to support her family. She loved her sisters and had a heart for her family and people in general. She loved unconditionally.
Fatima had different stages growing up and was an adventurous child. There was the “Fluffy” stage and then the “Rara” stage. She was unafraid and went from “Evil Knievel” to “Dare Devil” jumping and climbing on everything the playgrounds had to offer. She enjoyed going to the beach, dancing, cookouts, and spending time with family.
