Eric Marcus White

Eric was born on April 16, 1972 in Wilmington, DE to Miriam C. White and the late William E. White. Eric departed this life on Saturday October 14, 2023 at his residence in New Castle, DE.

Eric received his early education through the public schools in the City of Wilmington, DE. After leaving high school Eric decided to pursue his love for cars and became an auto technician. Working on cars was not just a job for him but was a passion he had. Eric had one of the very first low riders in the City. Although he enjoyed spending his time working on cars, Eric also loved spending time with his family and friends spreading his contagious laugh.

Eric was a loving father. He was a kind hearted man who would help anyone out even if he was going through his own storms. He was known as a sweet guy who was a mechanic.

Eric was preceded in death by his father William E. White of Salisbury Maryland. Sisters Wanda Vanessa Ballard (Van), and Connie Laverne Ballard (Kim), Great niece Sheakeno Ballard (Boop)

Eric is survived by his daughter, Charda’ D. White; his mother, Miriam White; brothers, Gerald Waters, Duane E. Bivans, Eddie Lee White, Timmy Townsend, Keith White, Eddie White, Darryl Brown. Sisters; Rechelle White, Renee White, Sonja Winward, Zara White; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
