Sunrise September 4 1946 Sunset January 11 2021 Today we celebrate the life of Diane J. Worthy. Diane was born September 4 1946 in New Rochelle, New York to James Coleman and Doris M. Coleman (Landrine) Diane was educated in the New Rochelle school system where she also worked and retired after 30 years. She loved working with children, and wanted to make a difference. Diane was an active member of the Shiloh Baptist Church since 2014. She worked with a few groups boot camp, outreach, and pastor aide Corp. Diane loved to dance and sing. She loved her family and church family and she also loved going to the casino. She leaves to cherish in her loving memory her daughters Khris (London) Kollore of Delaware, Sherry Dennis of New Rochelle,2 grandsons Frankie (Rhonda) Dennis of Mt Vernon and Ramon Dennis of Delaware, 1 granddaughter Lataysha Kollore of Rye Brook, 4 great grandsons Fenesse Dennis, Khalil Dennis, Quincy Dennis, and Xavier Dennis, 1 brother Gerald (Delois) Coleman from Delaware, and many godchildren Susan, Troy, Charlene, and Chris. She is predeceased by her parents James and Doris Coleman, her husband NY Freddie Worthy and her brother Ronald Coleman. "I'm now resting, don't cry for me as I have had a great life, I've lived, I've loved, and I have been loved, what more can a girl ask for. Thank you lord for a wonderful life."
