Demarcus A Russ

Demarcus Addaryl Russ Sr, of Frederica, DE went home to be with the Lord October 4, 2014 at Kent General Hospital, surrounded by family and friends. Marcus was born February 13th, 1979 to the late John Lebby and Gail Russ. He was raised in Milford, DE and educated in the Milford School District. Marcus was a hard-worker and enjoyed providing for his family. Demarcus worked several years at L.D Caulk and Perdue Farms; his most recent employer was Vivid Colors Carpet Cleaning. Demarcus was a member of New Covenant Christian Church in Wyoming, DE. Demarcus enjoyed spending time with his family and was overprotective of every one of them. While in his presence he was sure to make you smile or laugh (whether he knew you or not.) Demarcus enjoyed fishing, cooking, listening to music and fixing cars. One of his favorite car manufacturers was Cadillac, and if he had it his way he'd own several of them. More than anything FOOTBALL ran through his vains and Marcus rarely missed a Dallas Cowboys game, he was an avid fan. Demarcus was preceded in death by his parents, John Lebby and Gail Russ, his sister Leondra Russ and brother Justin Russ. Demarcus leaves to cherish his memories his children: Demarcus Russ Jr, Demarion Russ and Demaijah White of Frederica, DE. His fianc Cherry White also of Frederica, DE His siblings: Joevon Russ (Cheryl), Dion Russ (Brandi), Gemail Russ (Amy) and Latoya Purnell (Charles) all of Dover, DE. Diane Thompson (Wendell) of Willingboro, NJ. Sarah Lorraine Russ of Philadelphia, PA. Matrethia Campbell and Denice Russ both of Milford, DE. Bernice Smith of Raeford, NC, and Alfredia Durant (David) of Frederica, DE. Three Uncles: Charles Russ of Dover, DE, Sylvester Campbell(Linda) of Milton, DE and Mark Russ of Newark, DE.
