He has 6 brothers, Ernest Chandler of Philadelphia, PA, Richard Chandler of Wilm., DE, Delmore Chandler of Sacramento, CA, Calvin Chandler of New Castle, DE, Frank Chandler of Clayton, DE, Ellis Chandler of Townsend, DE; and 2 sisters, Margaret Gardley of Dover, DE and Connie Saunders of Wilm., DE.
