Clinton was born on May 18, 1933 to Joseph and Minnie Wilkins. Clinton was formerly employed as a truck driver for ABF Freight and a dedicated member of Teamsters Local 312. Clinton leaves fond memories with his wife Louise Wilkins, children, grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
