Claudia Lee Smith

Age 86 of Gardena, CA formerly of Wilmington, DE, died Sunday, September 7, 2003 at the Memorial Hospital of Gardena. Claudia was born September 15, 1917 in Arkansas City AR. She was one of 11 children born to Hospy and Carolina Glasco. Claudia Lee was a devoted wife and mother. She was a member of the Mother Church of God In Christ on 27th & Market Sts., Wilmington, DE. Mrs. Smith enjoyed being with her husband, children, relatives and neighbors. Claudia Lee attended the Jimmy Jenkins Community Center for many years. Two children preceded her in death, Isaac Smith Jr. and Ida Mae Brown. Her surviving family members include her husband, Isaac Smith, Sr.; 2 sons, Alvin and Marsell Smith; and daughters, Dorothy M. Flowers, Roberta Brooks, Erma L. Morgan, Essie L, Littleton, Irene Drew, L. Verne Ford, Patricia A. Warren, Shaile Manlove, Janice M. McCool and Anna L. Smith. In addition Claudia and Isaac have 30 grandchildren; 34 great frandchildren; 2 sisters, Ophelia Brown, Ivory Coston; and 3 brothers, Edward Glasco, Elmer Glasco and S. A. Glasco.
