Christine M. Allen

Christine Marie Allen of Newark, DE, passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2016. Christine was born on December 12, 1965 in Wilmington, DE to the late Cecilia S. Allen and Robert I. Spicer, Sr.

Christine obtained her Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Delaware State University and her MBA from Wilmington University. Christine was a dedicated employee of Wilmington University where she worked for the past 26 years in various roles, most recently as a LMS Administrator.

Christine was an active member of Toastmasters International; she was an avid reader and moviegoer, loved to travel, enjoyed attending jazz concerts, and visiting the beach.

Christine is survived by her sisters, Cynthia D. Evans and Rochelle C. Faulkner (Keith); brother, James T. Allen (Antoinette); two uncles, Wyatt and Gardner Powell. She is also survived by four nephews, Darryl and Durron Evans, Dominic Tyler, and Gavin Faulkner; two nieces, Candice Evans and Kentrel Faulkner.
