Charles A. "Coach Charles" Dorsey, Iii

Coach Charles passed away peacefully at home, after a 5 year courageous battle with cancer on July 19, 2015. He was employed at Fed Ex for 31 years. He loved coaching football and baseball. He was an avid Philadelphia Eagle's fan. He mentored and coached hundreds of youth during his 20 plus years of coaching.

He leaves to cherish his memories: Vanessa G. Broadard-Dorsey, ex-wife and mother to three sons Charles L. Broadard Sr. (Raushanah), Demetrius M. Broadard, Vandric K. Broadard and one daughter Vanessa C. Broadard. Eight grandchildren Javier, Mari, Maylia, Caden, Charles, Laila (LaLa), Chad (Last Button) and Alexander. His maternal grandmother, Henrietta H. Dorsey; mother Sandra Y. King, one brother Antoine Dorsey (Victoria), three sisters Deadra Sylvester, Henrietta Dorsey, and Delores Poteat. A host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
