Carla Etta Brittingham

Carla E Brittingham age 74, daughter of late Mary E Gamble and late Hubert Gamble was born October 30, 1949, in Fort Worth, Texas. Carla moved to Wilmington Delaware in 1958 with her family. She went peacefully to be with the Lord on September 18, 2024 

Carla received her education in the Wilmington, Delaware Public School District. She worked with many charitable donation groups and in retail where she made several lifelong friendships. Her hobbies included bowling, bingo and spending time with her family and friends. 

Carla was preceded in death by her husband Steve L Brittingham Sr of 51 years of marriage. Her mother and father Mary and Hubert Gamble. Her brothers Dannye W. Gamble, Hubert Gamble Jr and Vincent Gamble. 

She leaves to cherish her sister Karen Clayton. Her Children Cynthia Brittingham, Jeanette Brittingham, Steve Brittingham Jr. Daughter-in-law Dr. Keena Brittingham. Grandchildren Vadell Brittingham, Shaquan Brittingham, Tatyana Brittingham, Quincy Brittingham, Charles Brittingham, Christopher Brittingham and Great Grandchildren Miracle Brittingham, Kanai Brittingham and Leesai Rain Brittingham and a host of nieces and nephews.
