Beulah T. Goldsborough

Beulah T Goldsborough was born on January 29,1941, in Wilmington, DE, to Grace M. Spencer Allen and James Bayard. She departed this life on January 2, 2020 surrounded by her loving family.

Sissy, as she was known to many, received her education in the Wilmington Public School system. She received her high school education graduating from Howard High School in 1959. After graduating she went to work for Bell Telephone Company as a telephone operator. Sissy enjoyed attending church service, most recently, attending Mount Zion Baptist in Havre de Grace, Md with her daughters. She served as Parkview Tenant Council President for several years and enjoyed volunteering to help those less fortunate.

Sissy was preceded in death by Robert G. Goldsborough (husband), Grace M Allan (mother), James Bayard (father), Fleming A. Kennedy (son-in-law) and Beverly J Spencer (sister-in-law).

Sissy is survived by two daughters Stephanie L. Kennedy and Sylvia L. Akins, one brother Ronald C. Spencer, son-in-law Christopher L. Akins, two grandchildren Christina A. Akins and Tyair J. Spencer, many relatives and friends.
