Barbara Jean Tolliver

Barbara Jean Tolliver was born on May 15, 1938 in Freeman, West Virginia to the late
George and Estella Graves. She transitioned to a peaceful rest on Wednesday,
September 15, 2021 at home.

Barbara received her education from Bluestone High School in Bramwell, WVa. She and her husband transitioned their family to Wilmington,
DE in 1962. Barbara was a hardworking employee of DuPont for 18 years and Ametek
for 20 years.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years Sylvester L. Tolliver, two
brothers George and John Graves and one sister Marjorie Harris.

Barbara leaves to cherish her memory three children, daughters Felecia Carter, Lucinda
Carter, one son Preston Tolliver (Angela), and one sister Yvonne Wade (Charles) of
Freeman, WV. She leaves a legacy of seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren,
one great great grandchild and a host of relatives and friends. Previous Events
