Ashley Cher'E Harper

Age 17 of Bear, DE, born September 8, 1986, passed away with the blessing of the Lord on September 12, 2003 at Christiana Hospital due to an automobile accident. She was the loving daughter of Bruce E. Harper of Wilmington, DE; and Deidre' Grant Morris and James R. Morris of Bear, DE. Ashley was a member of the Bethel A.M.E. Church. She was the Y.P.D. Delaware Conference president for the 1st Episcopal District. She sang in the youth and intermediate choirs and was a youth usher. She was a senior attending Glasgow High School, class of 2004. She was also a Girl Scout with the Chesapeake Bay Girl Scout Council. She was previously employed with Damons on Rt.13 and was currently employed with Commerce Bank on Rt.273 as a teller. Ashley is survived and missed by her brother, Bruce E. Harper, II(BJ) of Bear, DE; 2 sisters, Keisha M. Grant of Stamford, CT. and Danyel Grant-Bates(Terry) of New Castle, DE; and stepsister, Amber L. Hobbs(Tim) of Dover, DE;2 nieces, Tykeisha Dobbins and Deale Bates; 1 nephew, Terique Bates and a host of aunts, uncles, other family and friends.
