Arthur L. Sam passed on October 19, 2016.
He leaves to cherish his memories wife, Maxine; 2 sons, Faheem Akil (Arthur Lee Sam, Jr.) and Aaron V. Sam; 4 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews other family and friends.
