Annie Mae Thomas

On Tuesday, April 2, 2025, our loving mother, Annie M. Thomas returned to the essence at her residence, surrounded by her children. She was born to the late Lillie Mae and Louis H Fortt Sr on February 10, 1944. Annie was predeceased by her son, Dennis Thomas Jr; grandson, Lorne Thomas-Davis; and siblings, Louis H Fortt Jr, Louise Fortt, David Fortt and Christine Edwards. Annie leaves to cherish her memories; her children, Kevin( Sheryl), Sherell (Orlando), Kelene( Michael), Cornelia(Lawrence), Rhonda(Brian) and granddaughter, Kyra, whom she raised. Annie is survived by her 12 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren; one sister, Mary E. Fortt; and a host of other family and friends. A celebration of life memorial service will be announced at a later date.
